In this week’s episode of Your Health Matters, I share about vacation and pain. I chose to talk about this because vacation can help decrease your pain.
This past weekend, I went away for a four-day weekend, which is the first time I have been away from my two-and-a-half-year-old since he was born. Leading up to the vacation, I was having a considerable amount of neck pain coming from the stress of having a toddler, dealing with my business, and some health issues.
