Being new to yoga might feel overwhelming. And it can feel like we are doing a million chaturangas in class. Even if you aren’t new to the practice, you may be feeling tired from your day and your body is requiring more rest. In this Tip Tuesday, Jackie reviews what to do when you don’t feel like doing the vinyasa part of the practice. There are a few options. So make your choice during practice.
