In this week’s episode of Your Health Matters, I share about how to define your health. The holidays are just months away and you will begin getting advertisements about staying fit during such time. I wanted to talk about what it means to be healthy as I think that there’s so much messaging out there that it could be confusing to you.
Further, healthy looks different on everybody, so I wanted to talk about it more to help people understand that being healthy isn’t always what is shown in advertisements and other information promoting about it.
