Many research studies have shown that your posture itself doesn’t cause pain. There are many factors for pain, and posture isn’t one of them. However, that doesn’t mean stop moving, it just means put a little less emphasis on trying to achieve “perfect” posture. Because really, what is perfect posture anyways?
