Downward Facing Dog – Legs and Back


Wrist pain and tired arms can easily happen in downward facing dog when your legs aren’t in proper alignment. Sitting a lot during the day or having a slumped posture can lead to tightness in your hamstrings. This is then transferred to your downward facing dog.
